We’re going to dive into one of the most common self-defeating views – one that is near and dear to my heart because it’s one that I had to work extremely hard to break myself.

Today we’re going to talk about why attempting to block your negative thoughts will NOT increase your happiness and look at how you can uncover and conquer “shadow thoughts” that your mind is protecting you from seeing.
